5D Mobile Brakes service texts
By selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox and submitting our estimate form, you agree that 5D Mobile Brakes LLC may text the number you provide about your requested quote, scheduling, appointment reminders, repair and service updates, and one post-service request for an honest review. Message frequency varies with your request and appointment. This program does not include promotional offers or mass marketing.
Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. Leave the checkbox unchecked if you prefer email or phone calls. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in this program.
Rates, stopping texts and help
Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. After that, we will not send further program messages unless you opt in again. You can also ask us directly to stop texting.

Delivery and privacy
Message delivery depends on your carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please tell us if your phone number changes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information and SMS consent records.

Any review request asks for your honest experience. Leaving a review is optional, and we do not offer discounts, payment or other incentives in exchange for reviews.
