Effective October 14, 2026. This policy describes how 5D Mobile Brakes LLC handles information collected through this website and customer communications.
Information we collect and use
When you request an estimate, we collect the contact details, service address, vehicle information, service needs and availability you provide. We use these details to evaluate your request, prepare estimates, arrange appointments, provide service and respond to you. Do not include payment card information or sensitive personal information in the request form.
Text messaging and consent
Our optional SMS checkbox is unchecked by default. If you select it and submit the form, you agree to texts about your requested quote, scheduling, appointment reminders, repair and service updates, and one post-service request for an honest review. We keep your choice with the submitted phone number, submission time, form source and the consent wording/version. Choosing not to receive texts does not prevent you from requesting or purchasing service. We can contact you by email or phone call instead.
We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or other mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in information and consent records are not shared with third parties for their own use. We may provide the information necessary to service providers that process forms, deliver messages or support our customer service solely on our behalf.
Service providers and website measurement
Our quote form uses Formspree to deliver submissions. We use Quo to manage business calls and texts. These providers process information needed to operate those services. Our website also uses a Google Ads tag, which may use cookies and device or browser information to measure advertising activity. SMS consent is separate from website measurement.
Your choices and retention
Reply STOP to stop text messages, or contact us to withdraw consent. Reply HELP for assistance. We retain customer communications and consent records as needed to provide service, honor communication preferences and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information; some records may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons.
